Gun Disarm from Behind

A couple different ways of defending against an pistol attack from behind. There are two assumptions: #1 that he is holding the gun with one arm and #2 he is within arm's length. (This technique works also from a two hand choke from behind and also if the attacker is holding the pistol with two hands, in which case small adjustments would be made.)
