Arm Pretzel, Bouncer/Bodyguard technique

Demonstration of how AMA does a version of a Japanese Juijitsu technique, applied for law enforcement, bouncers, bodyguards, and drunk uncle Charlie at the family picnic. There is so much to cover on all techniques, including this one, so we can't give all the detail it needs in one video. However, we can provide an easy one-look approach to the submission. Keep in mind this is a relatively advanced technique and is more of a demo than of an instructional video, but if you learn quick and are bright you'll pick up on it.
